- Spacious family apartment, excellent kitchen amenities, short walk to Dotonbori, bunk bed and projector fun for kids

- Limited soundproofing, small bathroom area

The staff were outstandingly helpful and genuinely helpful and made me feel welcome. The hotel was located close to a metro station.

All the staff members are friendly and knowledgeable.

The room had a big yellow stain on the bed, just unacceptable. The utensils weren't clean, and the couch felt utterly dusty. I almost considered giving this place a decent review if only i'd received a welcome gift for all my troubles. Apparently, we just aren't special. Disappointing, really, but you win some, you lose some.

the hotel property was family-friendly with comfortable and favourable location right by shinsaibashi and kuromon market and train station. the staff members were exceptionally nice and suggested local places. i liked the family apartment and had a really great stay. extra facilities such as a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were really useful. the vibe here was family.

We have stayed here for 10 nights and had a very pleasant experience. Every member of the stuff was very responsive and delightfully helpful. For our trip the location was comfortable and particularly good, just off convenience store, and kuromon Market.

During my stay, I appreciated being just a short stroll away from the bustling Dotonbori area and the beautiful Osaka Castle Park, made my city walks good and nice.

The spacious room with a bunk bed worked perfectly for our family.

The laundry facilities were limited, with only two washing machines and dryers, resulting in long queues during peak hours.

Our family had a wonderful experience while exploring Osaka, especially since we were just a short walk away from popular spots like Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street. The One-Bedroom Family Theater Apartment was spacious enough for all of us, and the kids loved the bunk bed and the TV projector-it. The convenience of having a washing machine and dryer right there. It was a fantastic home base for our adventures in the city.

This place was just a suitable option for a weekend stopover in Osaka with good price-value balance. The family apartment had great kitchen amenities, made cooking easy for us.

The apartment layout facilitated a comfortable family experience, especially with separate sleeping and living areas. A well-equipped kitchenette. The mattresses were firmer than expected, which took some adjustment, and sound insulation could be improved as noise from adjacent rooms occasionally disrupted our relaxation. Proximity to various convenience stores and easy access to the metro added to the convenience of our stay.
