Oh my goodness, the front desk staff was beyond amazing , super friendly and helpful! They even speak excellent English which was jaw, dropping in Japan! They saved the day by mailing my son's blanket to our next hotel! the rooms were spacious with great hot water supply, plus bonus points for the well, equipped kitchen and daily towel change. the location was just a short walk away from the bustling streets and the hotel offers convenient laundry services. Kudos to the whole team, especially Wanza, for making our stay unforgettable! .

The Mimaru hotel is brand new and perfectly located, just a short walk from Shinsaibsahi street. Our family of four enjoyed the spacious room with kitchen amenities, making it easy to prepare snacks. The underground mall nearby was a pleasant surprise for supplies. we had a comfortable stay in a quiet area, which was ideal after a busy day.

We forgot souvenirs in the room. Some items were missing.

the hotel property was family-friendly with comfortable and favourable location right by shinsaibashi and kuromon market and train station. the staff members were exceptionally nice and suggested local places. i liked the family apartment and had a really great stay. extra facilities such as a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were really useful. the vibe here was family.

We have stayed here for 10 nights and had a very pleasant experience. Every member of the stuff was very responsive and delightfully helpful. For our trip the location was comfortable and particularly good, just off convenience store, and kuromon Market.
